We accept exchanges for 14 days from the original purchase date. Simply pack up your order, send it back to us with the packing slip and we will get your exchange processed. Please email us at email@example.com before you ship your item to let us know what you would like to exchange it for. Consumers are responsible for shipping costs in the event an exchange is needed.
-We will refund shipping charges in the event of a product defect or a shipping error.
-Only new unworn item(s) with the original tag still attached are eligible for an exchange.
-Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process once we receive them at our shop.
All clearance, sale, holiday items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.
Lost or Missing Mail Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages after they leave our facility and have been accepted by USPS. Each customer must file a claim with the USPS at www.usps.com.
